Data Migration - The smooth migration of data from the existing legacy systems to the new application is obviously crucial to the success of the introduction of any new application. To safely carry out this complex task it is essential to formulate a structured migration plan that includes regular checks and safeguards throughout the migration cycle. HiBrow have developed a suite of software tools to aid in the migration process. Data Migration for the NHS - HiBrow have helped a number of NHS Trusts to Migrate legacy PAS data to iPM. The data included complete data sets for PCT's, Acute as well as large data loads for SHAs from existing EXETER system.
Systems Interface - The HiBrow Systems Interface engine is designed to be completely configurable, allowing HiBrow consultants to integrate virtually any departmental application with any legacy or new core solution. Once integrated, information will by transparently accessed from the core system, minimising the need for keyboard data entry, eliminating wasteful duplication of effort and reducing the risk of operator error. For the NHS - HiBrow are the developers of PasNav, the middleware integration tool chosen by Siemens to link Practise Navigator - their highly successful Audiology Clinic Management System (CMS) - with a wide range of PAS databases used across the UK. During the development of PasNav HiBrow studied many of the UK’s leading PAS databases, building not just a tool, but also a wealth of experience in the analysis and integration of PAS and CMS applications.

Document Location and Archiving - Organizations thrive on information, so naturally every organization builds up an enormous collection of files – client and supplier information, product handbooks, employee records, training manuals, insurance policies, marketing material – the list goes on and on. And when you have a statutory requirement for retention of documents it is imperative that that you have control of these files. The application brings this control while at the same time bringing efficiency to the business system.
Housing - Allows local councils to closely monitor the properties and lettings managed by registered housing associations in their boroughs. Also provides detailed reports & analysis to aid forecasting and compiling of statistical Government reports.
Visual Reinforcement Audiometry (VRA) has long been recognised as a valuable tool in the assessment of young children for hearing loss and is widely used by hearing care professionals worldwide. Until now the VRA devices available have usually consisted of two black boxes with smoked perspex fronts, containing a dancing doll/animal, which moves up and down and is illuminated by light either constant or pulsed. The HiBrow Multi Monitor VRA has been designed in conjunction with the Paediatric Audiology Services at Guys Hospital (part of the Southwark Primary Care NHS Trust). The system displays animations on computer monitors to provide the visual reinforcement following the sound produced from an audiometer. There are many animations available and for ease of use they are split into categories.
Complaint/ Case Handling - Client contact provides an organisation with essential feedback regarding its policies, products and services. But this feedback can be dispersed or even lost, unless a system is in place to effectively capture and process it. The system handles all aspects of client feedback, from initial contact to eventual case closure and archival. A full suite of statistical reports allows management to continually monitor all aspects of service level and product reliability.
